The 2020 Red Cap Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of 84% Sauvignon Blanc and 16% Semillon. This our second vintage from this exceptional Pope Valley vineyard. Pale straw in color, the wine shows generous aromas of lemongrass, pear and honeysuckle. In the mouth it creates a beautifully balanced mouthfeel. Flavors of kiwi, asian pear and wet stone make this a gorgeous wine and the long finish showcases the excellent quality fruit.
