Terms of Sale & Use

These terms apply to your use of redcapvineyards.com and to every purchase from Sable Vine, Inc., doing business as Red Cap Vineyards. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine, create an account, or join our wine club. By ordering, you confirm that you and the recipient are 21 or older. An adult 21 or older must show ID and sign for every delivery.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including one we cannot legally ship, one placed with incorrect pricing, or one we suspect is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the payment. Wines, vintages and prices may change, and quantities are limited.

Title, pricing and payment

All sales take place in California. Title and risk of loss pass to you in California when we hand your order to the carrier. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Tax is charged as required. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

Shipping restrictions

We ship only to states where we are permitted to, and in the quantities those states allow. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. See Shipping, Tax & Returns for details.

Wine club

Wine club membership is also governed by our Wine Club Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@redcapvineyards.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

Site content

The text, photographs, labels, logos and design on this site belong to Red Cap or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use; any other use requires our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to access other people’s accounts or our systems, no interference with the site’s operation, and no false information on orders or accounts.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the site will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Napa County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
